Arslan Kellou is a Senior Analyst at BroadOak Capital Partners, where he supports M&A transactions across the life sciences and healthcare sectors. His responsibilities include financial modeling, preparation of transaction and marketing materials, virtual data room management, and transaction process coordination.

Prior to joining BroadOak, Arslan worked at Metropolitan Capital Bank & Trust, where he supported sell-side and minority investment transactions across aerospace & defense, business services, healthcare and medical technology, and industrials.

Arslan earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
