Privacy Policy

BroadOak Capital Partners is required to disclose its policy for keeping personal information on individual clients under SEC guidelines. These guidelines are oriented toward individual consumer information and the dissemination or sale of that information to third parties. We generally do not possess or collect individual financial information, but we are committed to keeping any personal information collected from our potential, current and former customers and investors confidential and secure. Our policy is to not sell this information to any outside parties. 

 

Customer Information 

We collect and keep only information that is necessary for us to provide services requested by you and to administer your business with us. We may collect nonpublic personal information as a result of transactions with us, our affiliates or others. This could include information received as part of a private placement of securities, information received as part of our merger or acquisition work, or another reason. 

 

Sharing Information 

We only share your nonpublic personal information with non-affiliated companies or individuals as directed by you, permitted by law, to complete due diligence, comply with legal or regulatory requirements. As a member of the financial services industry, we are providing this Notice of Privacy Policy for informational purposes and will update and distribute it as required by law.
