BroadOak Capital Partners was founded in 2006 by Bill Snider and Lars Hanan with the goal of providing growth capital and advisory services to life sciences companies that are underserved or overlooked by traditional financial services providers.
Today, BroadOak Capital Partners is the industry’s most active life sciences-focused boutique financial institution with offices in Raleigh, DC, and San Francisco. Through its asset management and advisory businesses, BroadOak invests growth capital in and provides investment banking services to companies operating in the life sciences tools, diagnostics, and biopharma services sectors. BroadOak has invested in more than 65 companies and advised on more than 50 successful M&A transactions.
