Max Weis is an Associate at BroadOak, where he specializes in portfolio management and investment execution as part of BroadOak’s growth capital investing team. Prior to joining BroadOak in 2024, Max worked as a Valuation Analyst for MPA Consulting, a boutique firm focused on advisory services in the Aerospace & Defense Tech sector, and an Investment Banking Analyst for Barclays within the Global Industrials Group, focusing on Engineering & Construction and the Papers, Plastics, Metals and Packaging subverticals.

Max earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
