Tim Johnson is a Partner at BroadOak Capital with more than 25 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and operating leadership. He currently serves as Chairman of LabConnect, Inc. and was recently the co-founder and CEO of Horizon Infusions. His recent board roles include LabConnect, Science and Medicine Group, Horizon Infusions, Pathology, Inc., and DrugScan, Inc.

Prior to joining BroadOak, Tim was a founder and General Partner of Mt. Weather Capital and previously a founding partner and Managing Director of England & Company. Earlier in his career, he held M&A roles at Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup), CIBC World Markets, and Friedman, Billings, Ramsey, and began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen.

Tim earned his B.S. (magna cum laude) and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
